COC request
Need your car's COC? We request it for you.
The Certificate of Conformity is issued by the manufacturer. We request it from the brand or its representative, at a fixed price per brand.
01
When you need it
- To legalise an imported vehicle, when its European type approval is proven by the COC.
- When the COC didn't come with the car's documents, or got lost.
- To confirm technical data, such as the vehicle's version or variant.
02
What the COC is
The Certificate of Conformity (COC) is a manufacturer's document confirming that the vehicle matches a model type-approved in the European Union.
We receive the vehicle details and confirm the request is possible.
We confirm your brand's fixed price and the issuing time.
We request it from the manufacturer or the brand's representative.
We hand you the COC as soon as we receive it.

What we need
To request the COC, the manufacturer needs to identify the exact vehicle.
- Make and model.
- Chassis number (VIN), with 17 characters.
- Later, a copy of the registration document.
The price is fixed per brand (see the list on this page). The issuing time depends on the manufacturer, and we tell you before any request.

We request the COC
With your agreement, we handle the request with the brand.
How long does it take?
With complete documents in order, your car is legalised in 48 hours. If something is missing, it depends on what is missing and on the authorities involved — the COC, for example, is requested from the manufacturer. We tell you the timeline once we have looked at your case.
What if a document is missing?
Tell us what you have. Some documents can be requested later — the COC, for example, is issued by the manufacturer or its representative. In other cases the solution is different. We look into it and explain the options before going ahead.
What is the COC and where do I find it?
The Certificate of Conformity (COC) is issued by the manufacturer and confirms that the vehicle matches a model type-approved in the European Union. It often comes with the car's documents. If it didn't, it can be requested from the manufacturer or the brand's representative.
Where do I find the VIN?
The VIN (vehicle identification number) has 17 characters and is on the vehicle's registration document. It is usually also visible at the base of the windscreen, on the driver's side, and on a label on the door pillar.
